RETURNS & SHIPPING
We will gladly accept returns of unused, unworn, or defective merchandise with all tags attached up to 10 days from the date of receipt for a full refund of the product price, not including shipping. Anything past that date will not be accepted. Customer will be responsible for all return and/or exchange shipping costs unless the product(s) received was damaged, or defective, or if the product was incorrectly shipped (incorrect item shipped).
**Sales items will be accepted for exchange or store credit only. No refunds can be made on these items. Store credit is valid for 60 days from issue date. Please contact Raina Belts prior to returning sales merchandise.
- You must first email email@example.com informing us of your intent to return. We must first acknowledge and approve your return PRIOR to you shipping back any product.
- Note the quantity and reason for return on your return form.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form and original packing list.
- Take the package to your nearest UPS/FedEx center. We recommend insuring and tracking your return.

If you no longer have a copy of your packing slip or return form, and wish to obtain one, please request one by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer. You will be notified via email once your return has been received, inspected, approved, and a credit has been processed. Please allow 15 days for your return to be processed.
Items purchased at a Raina Belts retailer partner must be returned to the retailer from which the product was purchased in accordance with their return policies.
Raina Belts ships via UPS (3 day select, worldwide saver, ground or standard) within the continental U.S. We also offer free domestic shipping on orders within the continental U.S. Raina belts ships via DHL (express) and USPS (first class and priority) for all international orders. Any additional fees will be notated on the checkout depending on the service chosen. Raina Belts does not ship signature required. Customers are responsible to have someone available to receive items when shipped. Raina Belts is not responsible for any lost or damaged items during the shipping process.
Processing time on orders typically takes 5-7 business days Monday through Friday. Once an order is processed, production time takes up to 7 days, as each piece is hand made to order. Please take this into account when calculating your estimate delivery date.
Raina Belts ships via UPS (worldwide saver) and does not cover any additional duties or fees that may be added at customs. These will need to be covered by the customer.
